Launch, Update 1, and the Helmets event

What the 3 October launch, the reported Update 1, and the 16 October Helmets event actually established.

There is no pasted developer changelog. These are the dated public records, in order.

3 October 2026: experience created

The universe record lists creation on 3 October 2026. The description already included electric scooters, skill-based wheelies, Cash from riding, Rideout Boost, tuning, performance upgrades, both camera views, and cities, highways, gas stations, and meet spots. The early-beta warning was already there.

Update 1, date not separately published

Guides for the week of 11–14 October say Update 1 added burnouts, two scooters, foot chases, and rank nametags. Codes RIDEOUT, IAMREALLYSORRY, and UPDATE1 were shown in an 11 October shop video and were widely listed by 13–15 October. Rewards reported for those three are 1,000 Cash, 3,000 Cash, and 2,500 Cash.

16 October 2026: Helmets and Update 2

On 16 October the official game page showed a scheduled event titled Helmets & more Update 2 + Giveaways for Friday 16 October at 16:00. The capture did not include a timezone or a completed-reward list. The universe record's update time is 16 October 2026, 19:37 UTC. The live title is [HELMETS] Scooter Empire.

On 17 October, code lists added HELMET for 1 Helmet Key and UPDATE2 for $2,500 Cash. What the Helmet Key opens is not described.

What to recheck after you log in

  1. Redeem HELMET and UPDATE2 if you have not. Then retry the three older cash codes. One 17 October list calls those three expired, and another list from the same day still marks them working with no expired codes.
  2. Compare dealership prices with the 14 October Cash table before you trust a $750 or $25,000 figure.
  3. Open the Roblox store before you trust a 12 October Robux price.
  4. Retest one short wheelie. A tuning change can move the balance point even when the HUD still shows a multiplier.
  5. Read Settings again if police behavior changed. The chase toggle is a reported setting, not a promise that the menu label stayed the same.

Visit and favorite counts move quickly. A public record check on 18 October 2026 showed 5,240,905 visits and 91,584 favorites. Earlier October writeups cited about 1.54 million visits. Use the in-game page if you need a newer count. Do not treat either number as a live population.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Scooter Empire is this?

Use place 100659280755645, created by the Scooter Empire group. Another experience titled Scooter Empire uses place 11915084128 and is a different beta. Codes, passes, and prices on this site are for the [HELMETS] experience only.

Where do I redeem a code?

Open Shop, then the Codes tab, enter one listed string, and press Redeem or Claim. Reports put the shop button on the left or at the bottom-left, and the Codes tab at the upper-right of that window. A rejected code can be a typo, an extra space, a code that account already claimed, or a code that has since expired.

Is there a fixed wheelie Cash formula?

No. One 5 October clip shows a multiplier moving from 1.00x to 1.75x while the on-screen run total moves from $2.4 to $100. A later guide says the bonus can reach 2.25x and cites one 255.3 second run paying $3,819. Those are separate observations, not a formula you can multiply by time.

What does the Helmet Key do?

The reward text says 1 Helmet Key. No public description says what the key opens, how many uses it has, or where to spend it. Redeem HELMET if you want the key, then check the shop or customization menu for a new prompt.

Should I buy every scooter in price order?

Not from the prices alone. The only published top speed is 40 km/h on the starter Ninerot F3. Other scooters are listed with Cash prices, and some Robux passes have no developer stat text at all. Buy the next ride you can already control, then recheck the live store after a patch.
